Stitching and Grazing

Come spend the day with us.  We'll have a lip smackin, belly laughin, project stitchin, friendship makin, good ole time.  Our project will be another voyage into the creative mind of Cindy.  Expect different.  Expect useful.  Expect cute.  Don't expect ordinary.  We'll start our day at 9:00am.  For a change of pace we'll break for lunch (dutch) and let The Pottery House Cafe cook for you.  The afternoon will be spent doing more of the above, plus shopping and gathering time.  We'll call it quits around 5:00pm.

Dixie Darlin would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal customers and to let you know that we are still alive and kicking.  Like everyone else trying to stay in business during these difficult economic times, we’ve had to do a little belt tightening. However, we continue to carry the largest stock of stitching supplies and accessories in the area. At the store, you can find the most current cross stitch, counted canvas and punch needle designs. In addition, we stock a wide array of your favorite fabrics and embellishments. Don’t forget about gadgets and stitching aids – we stock those too! If you’re having trouble finding DMC floss, we carry the full line as well as Anchor. We continue to stock Weeks Dye Works, The Gentle Art, Crescent Colors and the Caron Collection. If you’re looking for Needle Necessities, we still have a large selection available at $3.20/skein while the supply lasts.

We’ve heard that many of you have had difficulty placing orders with us and we do apologize.

         Many of you already know but for those who don’t, Hoffman Distributing is now doing a weekly update of the very newest cross stitch and punchneedle designs. Go to www.hoffmandis.com every Friday afternoon to see what’s new. You can even sign up to have the list automatically emailed to you every week. If you find something you’d like to order, let us know – we order weekly and will mail it right out to you.

One last note, we know you’ve been frustrated that our website and online store have not been updated in a very long time. We want you to know that we’re working on it. So, please be patient just a little longer. We hope to come back better than ever!
